Sun House Makkari is a contemporary Japanese home, just outside of Makkari Village in the heart of Makkari Mura in Hokkaido. A spacious holiday home, it features 5 beautiful bedrooms (with Japanese Kotatsu bedroom), a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, large open dining and living spaces, and a ski room. It offers mesmerising views of the surrounding natural landscapes. The design thoughtfully combines contemporary elements with traditional beauty to create a tranquil atmosphere.
During winter, the lush green sceneries transform into a snowy haven, making the hills a perfect destination for winter activities. Rusutsu is 15 minutes by car while Niseko is 20 minutes drive away in the winter. The area offers ample restaurants as well as seasonal activities. This lovely home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it ideal for those looking to explore the Yotei region and beyond. It is also perfect for large group of friends and families holidaying together.
Makkari Sunhouse offers 5 bedrooms in total, 3 upstairs and 2 downstairs, with 2 singles or a king in each. The main bedroom upstairs has its own ensuite with toilet and shower. Views to the north to Yotei and to the east of Rusutsu Resort.
